FAQ

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at support@beldicollection.com

Shopping on Beldi Collection is easy! Browse our collections, select your item and size, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely using your credit card or other available payment methods. You can also create an account to save your details for faster checkout next time.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. Our team will then prepare and package your items carefully. You will receive a second email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped, usually within 1–3 business days.

If you received the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at support@beldicollection.com. Include your order number and photos of what you received and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

If you received your order after a refund was already issued, please contact us at support@beldicollection.com so we can review your case. Depending on the situation, we may ask you to return the item or make arrangements accordingly. We handle every case fairly and transparently.

Customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices. If your package is held by customs, please contact your local customs office with your tracking number. For further assistance, reach out to us at support@beldicollection.com

Delivery times vary depending on your location. As a general guide:

  • Morocco: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Middle East & Gulf: 5–10 business days
  • North America: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note that delays may occur due to customs or public holidays.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@beldicollection.com. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for a return under our Refund & Returns Policy.

If you need to make changes to your order (size, color, shipping address), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@beldicollection.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. After 24 hours, orders may already be in preparation and changes may not be possible.

Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email sent to the email address you used at checkout. You can also find it by logging into your account on beldicollection.com and going to My Account → Orders.

Our warehouse does not process orders on Moroccan public holidays. If your order is placed on or just before a public holiday, please allow an extra 1–2 business days for processing. Delivery by carriers may also be affected by public holidays in your country

Express delivery options may be available depending on your location. During checkout, you will be shown the available shipping methods and their estimated delivery times. For urgent orders, please contact us at support@beldicollection.com and we will do our best to help.
