All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Moroccan public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.


3. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide to 50+ countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@beldicollection.com and we will do our best to assist you.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please use the following as a general guide:

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@beldicollection.com.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Beldi Collection is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier issues
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@beldicollection.com and we will investigate the matter with the carrier.


9. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Beldi Collection is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at support@beldicollection.com. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet been shipped.


10. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at support@beldicollection.com. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item or packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
