1. Overview

At Beldi Collection, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


2. Returns

You have 7 days from the date you received your order to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In the same condition you received it
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging

Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted for return.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after the 7-day window

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.


6. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@beldicollection.com

8. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Beldi Collection is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
